Bacon, Egg and Cheese on a Hard Roll

  1. Cook bacon in microwave until crisp and set aside on paper towels to drain. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat, add eggs and stir just until they are firm. Slice roll in half and toast. Top eggs with cheese and cover until cheese melts. Top roll with eggs and bacon.
