One 16-ounce can diced tomatoes with chiles or spicy peppers, drained

1 heaping tablespoon sour cream 

2 large avocados, diced

Juice of 1/2 lime 

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

  1. Combine the tomatoes, sour cream, avocado and lime juice in a bowl (or a food processor for a smooth guacamole) and mix until just combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste
