This is Molly’s version of a chocolate-covered potato chip her local candy shop sells. To add a wild textural sensation, she’s sprinkling on fizzy rocks — they’re bright and colorful and filled with umph! It’s an unexpected explosion of flavor — sweet, salty and like fireworks in your mouth!

Directions
Line a baking sheet with parchment. Combine the white chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler and melt over low heat. Stir until smooth.
Empty the potato chips into a large bowl. Pick out any little crumbly bits and set aside (or eat them….). Drizzle the white chocolate incrementally onto the chips, tossing as you go, until all the chips are evenly coated.
Spread the chips on the prepared baking sheet in more or less one layer. Sprinkle with the fizzy rocks candy and some nonpareils. Flip the chips and sprinkle the second side. Put the baking sheet in the refrigerator until the chocolate sets, 5 to 10 minutes.
