Air Fryer Gluten-Free Croutons

Getting reviews...
Homemade gluten-free croutons add a crunchy layer to salads and soups and are surprisingly easy to make. Grab your favorite supermarket gluten-free bread, toss with oil and some common pantry spices, then air fry until golden and crisp.

Ingredients

Directions

Special equipment:
a 6-quart air fryer
  1. Toss the bread, oil, oregano, garlic, 3/4 teaspoon salt, several grinds of pepper and sage if using in a large bowl to coat evenly.
  2. Preheat a 6-quart air fryer to 350 degrees F (see Cook's Note). Add the bread in an even layer to the air fryer and cook, tossing halfway through, until golden brown and toasted, 5 to 7 minutes.

Cook’s Note

Settings may vary on your air fryer depending on the model. Please refer to the manufacturer’s guide. To dry out bread for stuffing, dressing and other bread puddings, skip the oil and seasonings and cook until toasted and dried through, 4 to 5 minutes.
