Although Ginger Rogers was a teetotaler, the actress and dancer inspired many ginger-flavored cocktails. This version is fairly modern-it was invented in the '90s at Zefiro, a popular Portland, OR, restaurant.
Fill an old fashioned glass with ice; add the juice of 1 lime and 1 1/2 ounces each Tia Maria (coffee liqueur) and vodka. Stir to combine and garnish with a lime slice.
