A classic soda fountain favorite, this Cola Ice Cream Float combines creamy vanilla ice cream, rich chocolate syrup and ice-cold bubbly cola for the perfect balance of sweet, fizzy and refreshing. Finished with whipped cream, chocolate curls and a maraschino cherry, it's an easy, nostalgic dessert that's always in style.

Directions
Place the ice cream in a chilled 16-ounce glass. Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside walls of the glass, rotating the glass as you drizzle to create decorative streaks. Slowly pour the cola down the inside of the glass to minimize foaming, filling almost to the top. Top generously with whipped cream. Drizzle more chocolate syrup over the whipped cream, allowing some to cascade down the sides. Finish with the chocolate curls and garnish with the maraschino cherry. Serve immediately with a straw and a long spoon.
