The classic “marry me” combination of sun-dried tomatoes, cream and Parmesan gets an easy makeover with hearty butter beans and sweet Italian chicken sausage. The mix-and-bake or “dump dinner” format means you can put it together in just minutes, and adding kale to the party makes it a complete one-pot meal. Everything bakes together into a creamy, savory dinner with minimal effort — just add crusty bread for soaking up the sauce.

Directions
Position a rack in the middle of the oven and preheat to 425 degrees F.
Combine the chicken broth, cream, tomato paste, red pepper flakes and a few generous grinds of black pepper in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish and whisk until smooth. Add the butter beans, kale, sausage and sun-dried tomatoes. Toss to evenly coat everything in the sauce and distribute the ingredients in an even layer.
Cover the baking dish tightly with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the top. Increase the oven temperature to 450 degrees F and continue to bake, uncovered, until the cheese is melted and browned in spots, 10 to 12 minutes longer. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving with crusty bread and more Parmesan.
