Not sure what to do with that last bit of raspberry jam in the bottom of the jar? Make it into a delicious cocktail — a little raspberry jam goes a long way in this pink version of a classic lemon drop. Bonus: The jam jar serves as the cocktail shaker and glass. Cheers to jam!
Add lemon juice to the raspberry jam in a jar. Cover with the lid and shake vigorously until the jam is combined with the juice. Add the vodka, liqueur and some ice to the jar and shake until the jar is chilled and frosty, about 30 seconds. Remove the lid and garnish with the lemon peel and lemon slice. Serve immediately in the jam jar.
