2 egg yolks

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

1 cup milk

1 (9-inch) pre-cooked pie crust

Curry Chickpea:

1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, drained

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon curry powder

2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves

1 can french-fried onion rings

Cherry-Orange:

1 cup cherry pie filling

1 can mandarin orange segments

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. For the base: Whisk the eggs and egg yolks together. Add the cream and milk and whisk well. Set aside.
