Splash raspberry puree (or 5 to 6 fresh raspberries)

8 to 10 fresh mint leaves plus more, for garnish

1 lime, juice


2 ounces silver tequila (recommended: Cabo Wabo Silver)

Splash sweet and sour mix

Soda Water

Fresh raspberries, for garnish


  1. In a shaker, combine the raspberry puree, mint and lime juice. Add ice, tequila, splash sweet and sour mix. Pour into a cocktail glass and add soda water. Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves.
