14 ounces Grana Padano or Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

1 cup walnuts, halved

4 tablespoons honey


  1. Wedge out fresh chunks of cheese and put on a serving dish. Sprinkle the walnut halves over the cheese and drizzle with honey.
