Ingredients

4 figs

2 scoops fresh cheese (fromage blanc from a farmer's market)

Spoonful of light honey (acacia or wildflower)

Directions

  1. The figs must be very ripe. Just put 2 figs on each plate, add a scoop of fresh cheese and dribble over the honey.
