1 cup whipping cream

1 cup half-and-half

3/4 cup raw local honey

1 tablespoon vanilla extract


  1. Combine the cream, half-and-half, honey and vanilla in the canister of a commercial ice-cream maker and stir to combine. Freeze per manufacturer's instructions.
