Oysters with Shallots and Red Wine Vinegar:


  1. Mix ingredients together in a small serving dish. Leave for 10 minutes and taste. Add more sugar if required.;
  1. Mix together all the ingredients in the serving dish. Taste and add sugar if required. Serve with the oysters.
  2. Serve on some crushed on a round tray with seaweed and 1/2 lemons.
