Special equipment:
3 piping bags- Combine the pudding mix and hot milk in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Set aside. Beat the cream cheese, whipped topping and peanut butter in a bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Set aside. Whip the heavy cream, confectioners’ sugar, bourbon and vanilla bean seeds in another bowl until soft peaks form.
- Transfer each component to a separate piping bag and pipe into six glasses, layering each component. Top with the sliced bananas and cookies. Enjoy!
