2 pita pockets

1 package frozen spinach, thawed

1 tomato, diced

1 clove garlic, minced

4 ounce feta cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice pitas in half. Drain spinach and squeeze out excess water. Top pita with spinach and tomato. Sprinkle with garlic and feta cheese. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake and Serve.
