Sheet pan suppers are the easiest in Ree’s recipe arsenal. You throw everything on a pan and then in the oven. Any vegetables, any protein, a few of your favorite pantry ingredients, and away you go.

Directions
For the BBQ seasoning: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and line a sheet pan with foil.
Combine the paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, brown sugar and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
For the sheet pan: Add the corn segments, red onion and zucchini to the sheet pan. Sprinkle with half of the seasoning mix. Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with the remaining seasoning mix. Nestle the chicken into the vegetables and bake in the center of the oven until just cooked through, about 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and turn the oven to broil. Baste the chicken with the barbecue sauce and place under the broiler until the sauce has set and the veg are beginning to char, 1 to 2 minutes.
Garnish the sheet pan with the green onions and serve.
