This is a healthy little side dish with lots of flavor. It has a fresh green vibe and goes well with pretty much any main course you choose to serve it with.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the rosemary, garlic and onion and sauté until the onion starts to soften, 3 to 5 minutes. Add the kale, tossing to combine and wilt, followed by the Swiss chard and turnip greens. Toss to combine and wilt. Season with salt and pepper. Add the white wine and honey and cook until the greens have wilted and softened, 1 to 3 minutes. Transfer to a platter and grate over some fresh Parmesan. Garnish with parsley.
