Directions
Place the shrimp, sausage, corn, potatoes with peppers and onions, chicken stock, salsa verde, green chiles, Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper and scallion whites into a slow cooker. (No need to stir.)
Cook for 4 hours on high. Give a big stir, then serve topped with the reserved scallion greens.
