Steak with horseradish and chives on Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper

  1. Coat steak with cracked pepper and sea salt. Heat pan on high, add oil and sear steak for 5 minutes on each side. Let cool and thinly slice. Add steak on top of Pretzel Crisps and garnish with horseradish and chives.
