3 brandied cherries


1 1/2 ounces grapefruit juice

1 1/2 ounces tequila

3/4 ounce lime juice

3/4 ounce black pepper syrup

Dash BBQ bitters

Grapefruit slice, for garnish


  1. Muddle the cherries in a glass, and then fill with ice. Add grapefruit juice, tequila, lime juice, syrup and 1 ounce water and stir. Add a few dashes of BBQ bitters. Garnish with the grapefruit wedge.
