3/4 cup ricotta cheese, well drained
6 ounces goat cheese, at room temperature
1 cup fresh herbs (basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram), chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients. Chill in the refrigerator a few minutes to firm up the filling.
