And finally, we go to the Blue Owl, where Mary Hostetter has created the Great Levee High Apple Pie, named for the devastating flood that ravaged the Midwest in 1993. Made with 18 apples and weighing 16 pounds, this pie honors the levee that held back a catastrophic flood by 0.1 inches!
