Guy Fieri surprises the competitors with double wheels that pick their dish and game at random. First, they must make a vegetarian dinner while observing the express lane's strict ingredient limit. In the sudden death elimination round, the bottom two chefs must make their best noodle dish using only ingredients from the even aisles of the store.
For the first time on Food Network Star, the finalists will try their hand at Best Thing I Ever Ate, with Bobby Flay showing them the ropes. Then the joke is on the finalists as they are subjected to a roast by an all-star lineup of top comedians: Louie Anderson, Gilbert Gottfried, Aubrey Plaza, Anthony Anderson and Judy Gold.
