Three champions arrive back in the Chopped kitchen with their sights set on taking down a formidable foe, esteemed judge Amanda Freitag. The champions realize it will be a tough challenge when they open up the first basket and find chicken gizzards and fish heads. In the entree round, duck seems like a gift, but at least one champion struggles to cook it properly in the given time. When Amanda and her challenger must work with a Japanese omelet and a Mexican beverage in the final round, will the combination result in brilliant fusion or total confusion?

Chef Shota Nakajima gets going with Gochujang Miso Glazed Carrots with Yogurt Sauce and some Soy Braised Duck Breast with Sautéed Kale. Chef Jet Tila makes Mexican Street Corn Casserole and his Chinese Sausage and Chestnut Rice Dressing before spicing things up with Chile Mango Upside-Down Cake.
