Shark Night Dinner

In the first challenge, the remaining finalists have to update their family favorites with a culinary twist. They have to film an Instagram story about their process while they cook, too, and food blogger Molly Yeh pops in to help judge. Then the finalists head to the aquarium to cater a five-course, VIP dinner in celebration of the 20th Anniversary of Shark Night. Each course is inspired by an ingredient in a different shark's diet. Man v. Food's Casey Webb helps Giada De Laurentiis and Bobby Flay decide which finalist will be eliminated.

The Deep Freeze

In this semi-final episode, the remaining four chefs face the chilling master challenge first to create a "frozen world" cake. Host Jesse Palmer assigns each chef an arctic theme, and they must design a cake that includes layers of ice cream, sorbet or frozen mousse, a crunch element, and cake. The top two chefs move on to the finale, and the bottom two chefs battle in a sudden-death round by making a frozen dessert with a surprise reveal element, hoping to impress judges Duff Goldman and Molly Yeh if they want to survive.

Mr. and Mrs. Claus

Everyone knows how Santa Claus spends Christmas Eve, but for this decorating challenge, host Eddie Jackson asks five talented cookie makers to imagine what Christmas Eve looks like for Mrs. Claus. Judges Stephanie Boswell, Ree Drummond and Molly Yeh know that Santa's better half deserves the very best, so only the top three move on to the display challenge, where they have to craft gorgeous fireplace mantels out of cookies with ingredients like Brazil nuts, hazelnuts or macadamia nuts. It's one tough nut to crack, but one cookie maker's fireplace scene will outshine the rest for a $10,000 prize.

So for this decorating challenge, he asks five of America's finest cookie makers to whip up six cookies of the same design that get progressively smaller. It's a tall order for judges Stephanie Boswell, Ree Drummond and Molly Yeh to decide which two cookie makers come up short in the first round. The task gets even tougher in the display challenge as the three remaining cookie makers must craft a Christmas village completely out of cookies. It's mayhem on Main Street as the bakers compete with $10,000 on the line.
