Antonia Lofaso serves Steamed Clams with Charred Lemon, Preserved Lemon, Parsley and Calabrian Chili to go with Spaghetti with Lemon, Pecorino and Parmesan, and lightens things up with puffy Pavlova with Lemon Curd Whipped Cream. Marc Murphy makes tender Fried Calamari with Lemon Aioli and some Chicken Scallopini with Lemon Caper Sauce.
