Gelateria customers are treated to George's Plantain Split Sundaes. George schools some senior citizens on how to open a prickly Pear and then shows us how to whip up some tasty Prickly Pear Sorbets. Kangaroo? Boar? Antelope? Alligator? George grills them up for a game of Name That Exotic Meat! Finally, George gathers the folks he's met along the way for a beach-side exotic buffet.
