Van Leeuwen Artisan Ice Cream, New York City — Geoffrey Zakarian

Mariscos Jalisco, Los Angeles — Justin Warner
Los Angeles food truck Mariscos Jalisco delves into the seafood side of Mexican cuisine with such offerings as fish tacos, shrimp tostadas and ceviche. The truck is a favorite of Food Network Star's Season 8 winner, Justin Warner.
Coolhaus, Austin, Texas — Alex Guarnaschelli
The natural, handmade ice cream and ice cream sandwiches keep Chopped judge Alex Guarnaschelli coming back to the Austin truck Coolhaus, which offers a mix of savory and sweet flavors, including her favorite, butterscotch. Coolhaus also has trucks in Dallas, New York, Miami and Los Angeles.
Mariscos El Pescador, Chula Vista, Calif. — Marcela Valladolid
Marcela says her hometown of San Diego is "all about the food trucks." But her favorite is Mariscos El Pescador, which sets up in a Toys R Us parking lot in Chula Vista. Their fish tacos remind her of the ones in Ensenada that she used to drive across the border to visit.
Seoul Sausage, Los Angeles — Simon Majumdar
Iron Chef America judge Simon Majumdar was a fan of Seoul Sausage long before the guys won Season 3 of The Great Food Truck Race. Now a restaurant, Seoul Sausage offers unique Korean fusion recipes like flaming kimchi balls.
Rolling in Dough — Greenport, NY
The Kitchen co-host Katie Lee is a fan of Rolling in Dough, a pizza truck serving the Long Island area. Decked out with an actual wood-burning oven on board, the truck can "pull up and make pizzas, and it's just a blast," she says. It's a portable pizza party. And "all their toppings are from local farmers in our area," points out Katie.
Nong's Khao Man Gai, Portland, Ore. — Amanda Freitag
Nong's Khao Man Gai offers the traditional Thai chicken-and-rice dish khao man gai in three different locations in Portland. Chopped judge Amanda Freitag loves getting the dish whenever she's in the area: "It's perfect when you're hung-over, jet-lagged or just tired and hungry."
