Ingredients
- 16 ounces light brown sugar
- 8 ounces Spanish paprika
- 4 ounces onion powder
- 3 ounces salt
- 2 ounces ground cumin
- 2 ounces garlic powder
- 2 ounces cayenne powder
- 2 ounces black pepper
- 4 ounces roasted garlic
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Made this rub for my beef brisket for Thanksgiving and it turned out great! The only thing that I would warn you about is the cayenne pepper it was just a little overpowering. I like spicy food but for those who do not thought it was on the spicy side.
