Le Creuset's New Collection Is All About Zen
Every color is 2019 kitchen #goals.
Did you accidentally throw out your kitchenware in a fit of New Year New You-inspired madness? Don’t panic — Le Creuset has you covered. Just in time for spring, the cookware company is launching a range of Dutch ovens (and other kitchen tools!) in a new color palette that’s designed to be both calming and comforting.
The New Calm collection features four elegant shades: Meringue, Fig, Sea Salt and Coastal Blue. According to a press release from Le Creuset, the collection is "inspired by current trends toward clarity and intentionality," with each shade offering “a quiet, confident statement on the refined beauty of deliberate, essential colors.” So, it’s pretty much guaranteed to bring zen to your kitchen, right?
As of January 15, the new collection is available for purchase — but pay close attention to the details. In addition to Le Creuset’s website, each individual shade is available at four different retailers, one for each color.
BUY IT: Williams Sonoma, $129.95 and up
Meringue, an ivory hue inspired by the French dessert, is only available at Williams Sonoma. The most expansive of all the colors, the collection includes grills, frying pans, French presses and more. If you're going for an all-white kitchen, now is your time to shine.
BUY IT: Sur La Table, $419.95
Designed to represent the ocean, Sea Salt is a soothing blend of blue and green. The collection includes salt and pepper mills, an assortment of Dutch ovens and a braiser — perfect for those tougher cuts of meat. To get your hands on this nautical shade, head on over to Sur La Table.
If you can’t pick a favorite color, just remember — there’s no shame in mixing and matching!
