Burnt Orange Margarita

  1. Add first four ingredients to cocktail shaker. Add ice, shake and strain into ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with flamed orange peel.

Cook’s Note

To make cinnamon syrup, heat equal parts sugar and water until sugar melts and add 2 cinnamon sticks per 1 cup of syrup. Cool and store in fridge. For the flamed orange peel, use a vegetable peeler to slice orange peel. Hold peel skin-side down over drink. Light match carefully between peel and drink and squeeze peel into drink.
