We Found Emily Mariko's New Favorite Dinnerware
Take your salmon rice bowl to a new (Emily-approved) level!

You've probably seen Emily Mariko on your TikTok feed, whether she's making her ever-viral leftover salmon rice bowl or meal-prepping farmers market veggies ASMR-style. If you've been making your own rice bowls at home, you can take your Emily-Mariko-inspired dishes one step further and plate them on Emily's new dishware from Heath Ceramics.
Documented in a recent TikTok, she visited the brand's showroom in San Francisco and has been using plates and bowls from Heath's 'Coupe' collection in her kitchen. Heath Ceramics began as a pottery studio, and their Coupe line was originally designed in the 1940s. It's no surprise that the clean, streamlined plate design from this collection is a favorite of Emily's, who seems to love minimalist style. It's also microwave- and dishwasher-safe for everyday easy care, and each one is handcrafted in Sausalito, California.
When unboxing her new dinnerware, Mariko unveiled her choice of colors, including sage, opaque white and terracotta, noting how well the different neutrals went together as a set.
Beyond Heath, we've noticed a rise in popularity in ceramics lately thanks to other trendsetting brands like East Fork, Material, Fable Home, Haand and Our Place. Maybe it's the increased time spent at home that has consumers loving slowly made, intentionally crafted goods that bring beauty to any kitchen table.
