1 cup grapefruit vodka

1/2 cup Aperol 

1/2 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice 

Two 12-ounce cans Italian grapefruit soda, such as San Pellegrino Pompelmo 

Ice cubes, for serving

Grapefruit wedges, for garnish 


Special equipment:
6 highball glasses
  1. Chill 6 highball glasses in the freezer. Combine the vodka, Aperol and grapefruit juice in a large pitcher. Pour in the soda and stir gently. Serve over ice in the chilled glasses, garnished with grapefruit wedges.
