Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef

1 garlic clove, finely minced

1 medium onion, finely diced

1 red bell pepper, finely diced

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

3 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon hot red pepper sauce, or to taste

1/2 teaspoon ground celery seed

Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients well. Form mixture into 8 equal patties. Refrigerate, covered in plastic until ready to grill. Grill or pan fry to desired degree of doneness.
