1 1/2 cups 2-percent Greek yogurt

1 to 2 tablespoons clover honey or pure cane sugar 

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 

1 vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped 

1/4 cup cold heavy cream 

2 large ripe bananas, thinly sliced 

3 cups almond granola 

Ground cinnamon, for sprinkling 


Special equipment:
6 individual trifle cups
  1. Whisk together the yogurt, honey, vanilla extract and vanilla seeds in a bowl until combined. Beat the heavy cream in another bowl just until fluffy, and fold into the yogurt mixture.
  2. Layer 6 individual trifle cups with the yogurt cream, sliced bananas and granola, and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serve immediately.
