3/4 Lb. Ground Beef

3/4 Lb. Ground Pork

4 Slices Whole Grain Bread, Cut into 1/4" Cubes

1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro

2 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

1 Tbsp. Kosher Salt

1 Tsp. French Ground Pepper

1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder

1/2 Cup Ketchup

1 Egg

Cocktail Sauce:

1 Can of Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce

1 Bottle of Authentic Jose Cuervo Margarita Minis(TM)

1 Cup Ketchup

1 Shallot, Minced

1 Jalapeno Pepper, Minced

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce


  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400degreesF.
  2. 2. Combine all the meatball ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well with your hands.
  3. 3. In a medium-to-large saucepan add all the cocktail sauce ingredients and cook for 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Roll the meat mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a foil-lined pan.
  5. 5. Partially bake them in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. When they come out, continue cooking them in the sauce and cover for another 15 minutes.
  7. 7. Pierce with a toothpicks and serve.
