Directions
In a large bowl, combine the beef, pork, breadcrumbs, cheeses, milk, parsley, garlic, eggs, onion, salt and pepper. Mix gently until well combined. Form the mixture into balls, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the meatballs in batches until golden brown on all sides, about 8 minutes. Transfer the meatballs to a plate. In the same skillet, heat the marinara sauce over medium heat. Add the meatballs, then cover and simmer, turning occasionally, until cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes.
Cook’s Note
For added flavor, serve with spaghetti or crusty bread.
