12 ounces artichoke hearts, chopped

1 cup mayonnaise

1 small clove garlic, minced

2 tablespoons oregano

2 tablespoons onion, grated

2 cups Kerrygold Dubliner Cheese, grated


  1. Combine all ingredients and spoon the mixture into an 8-inch baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees F. Serve with crackers, pita chips, or flat bread.
