Combine the lemonade concentrate, berry juice concentrate and grape juice concentrate in a large punch bowl and stir well. Pour in the lemon-lime soda. Add the club soda or sparkling wine and stir well.
Add the black raspberry ice cream in scoops on top of the punch. The mixture will bubble and foam. Thread 5 or 6 giant gummy frogs on a long skewer and place the skewer across the punch bowl. Thread the remaining gummy frogs on individual cocktail skewers, then set aside for garnishing individual punch cups. Ladle the fizzy punch into cups and garnish each with a frog skewer.
