  1. Combine 1 egg white, 1 ounce each bourbon and apricot brandy and 3/4 ounce each lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker; shake 30 seconds. Add ice and shake 30 more seconds. Strain into a glass. Garnish with cocktail cherries.
