These sausage rolls offer a fun change of pace from the traditional pigs in a blanket. Cooked bratwursts are wrapped in crescent dough, then baked. Slice and serve with punchy horseradish mustard for a dipping sauce with a kick.

Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Halve the crescent roll dough lengthwise, then halve each piece crosswise. Position each bratwurst along a long-side of each piece of dough, then roll the dough around the bratwurst, pressing to seal. Arrange seam-side down on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes, then slice crosswise into 6 to 8 pieces each and serve with horseradish mustard for dipping.
