Try this crunchy and refreshing celery root salad with a kick from radishes, Dijon and a bit of cayenne.



  1. Coarsely shred the celery root and radishes into a large bowl and immediately toss with the lemon zest and juice. Stir in the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, cayenne, 3/4 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper. Transfer to a serving dish and scatter the parsley and scallions over top. Serve.
