Cheeseburger Slider Skewers

These bite-size burger appetizers are even easier than a tray of sliders. Serve with extra sauces on the side for dipping.

Directions

  1. Season 1 pound ground beef with salt and pepper. Roll into 1-inch balls. Broil on a foil-lined baking sheet until cooked through, 3 minutes. Top each with a small square of American cheese and melt in the oven. Cut 2 toasted hamburger buns into small pieces. Top each bun piece with mustard, a patty, ketchup and a pickle slice. Thread onto skewers.
