Spicy Tuna Skewers

This one bite app is an ode to the spicy tuna roll. Sushi grade tuna is lightly dressed with a creamy, lightly spiced dressing, then skewered with avocado and pickled ginger, and a light dusting of togarashi for a spicy finish.


  1. Cut 8 ounces sushi-grade tuna into 3/4-inch pieces. Toss with 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sriracha and a pinch each of salt and sugar. Thread onto skewers with pickled ginger and avocado chunks. Sprinkle with shichimi togarashi and sliced scallions.
