Deviled eggs are an all-time classic party app. For a change of pace, we turned them into a fun, colorful dip. Hard-boiled eggs are processed until smooth with sour cream, mayonnaise, relish and mustard. Top with fresh chives and pickled okra and serve with potato chips and crudités for dipping. This fun mashup would be a great way to kick off your next cocktail party.

Directions
Put the eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook 10 minutes. Drain and run under cold water to cool, then peel.
Pulse the hard-boiled eggs in a food processor until chopped. Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, relish, mustard, vinegar, onion powder, cayenne and Cajun seasoning; process until smooth. Chill until cold.
Transfer the dip to a bowl; top with pickled okra and chives. Serve with potato chips and/or crudités.
