Ingredients

1 gumdrop

1 frosted cupcake (about 2 tablespoons frosting works best)

Twelve to fifteen 3- to 4-inch pieces multi-colored jelly spaghetti candy

Directions

  1. Center the gumdrop on the cupcake. Stick the jellies into the frosting around the gumdrop.
