Kombucha (sweet-sour fermented tea) gets a boost of sweetness from tropical coconut rum. We loved this with bottled passion fruit-flavored kombucha, but feel free to use your own brew.



  1. Pour the kombucha and rum into a rocks glass filled with ice. Stir gently to combine. Serve garnished with a lime wedge.
