Directions
Roll out store-bought or homemade pie dough between 2 floured sheets of parchment paper until it’s extra thin. Remove the top sheet of parchment, then slice the dough into 1 1/2-inch squares using a pizza cutter or knife. Slide the parchment and dough squares onto a baking sheet. Separate the squares slightly, then brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with poultry seasoning and salt. Bake at 400 degrees F until golden, 10 to 12 minutes.
