Sweet and Spicy Broiled Brussels Sprouts

Broiling Brussels sprouts couldn’t be easier. Toss those browned sprouts in a sriracha-spiked honey sauce, sprinkle with cilantro and serve warm.



  1. Heat the broiler. Toss the Brussels sprouts with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil and 1 teaspoon salt on a rimmed baking sheet. Broil until dark brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil and the lime juice in a medium bowl. Add the Brussels sprouts and toss to combine. Sprinkle with the cilantro and serve.
